Jennifer Lee was born in the Philippines and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, until she and her family returned to Manila in 1995. On her father’s side, Jennifer is of Korean and Japanese descent; she also has Filipino ancestry, tracing back to the province of Laguna. Jennifer attended an international school in Malaysia and later continued her education in the Philippines at St. Scholastica's College and Enderun Colleges, where she earned a bachelor’s degree.
